Place your front wheel on the same pedal with the skewers between the bidons.

Avoid moving the bicycle while putting on the bag, other than to briefly raise and lower the rear wheel and fork.

PUTTING THE BAG ON

1. OPEN THE REAR ZIP

and place the open bag at the top of the rear wheel, with the brand label top/centre.

2. RAISE THE REAR WHEEL

from the top/centre and sweep the bag under the wheel, towards the front, until the bag hugs the rear wheel and the reinforced ground patch is directly under the wheel. Be sure to go around your rear derailleur and pedals.

3. EASE THE FORKS IN

to the reinforced front end of the bag. Place your left hand in the bag to locate the reinforcing, gripping the outer fork blade with your right hand, lift, then lower the fork in. Taking care and time here gives years of life to the bag.

4. SECURE THE HANDLE BARS

and front wheel by reaching over the bike to locate a 50cm strap attached to the bag. Bring the strap over the top tube / front wheel / handle bars. Take the same strap through your cables to its mate/buckle attached to the bag near the head tube. Attach and tension this strap until the handle bars / front wheel are firmly held in place.

5. DRAW THE BAG OVER

the levers / hoods and the front wheel. Close the front zip. Locate the 40cm strap behind the forks on the outside of the bag, clip it to its mate/buckle behind the stem of the bike and tension it until the bag is taut. This brings the front wheel in close to the frame, closes the bag and keeps the fork in its reinforced tip.
